Cookie Policy

Effective date: May 1, 2026 · Last updated: May 1, 2026

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, to work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site owner. Similar technologies include pixels (web beacons), local storage, and session storage. This policy uses “cookies” to refer to all such technologies.

2. Who Sets Cookies on This Site?

Nexoraa, Inc. (“Nexoraa”, “we”, “us”) operates nexoraa.ai and its subdomains. We set both first-party cookies (set by Nexoraa directly) and allow third-party cookies (set by our service providers) for the purposes described below.

3. Cookie Categories

3.1 Strictly Necessary

These cookies are essential for the Site to function. They enable core capabilities such as security, network management, and authentication. You cannot opt out of these cookies as the Site cannot function properly without them.

  • Session cookie — maintains your session state while you navigate the site (expires when you close your browser).
  • CSRF token — protects form submissions against cross-site request forgery attacks.
  • Preview mode cookie (__prerender_bypass, __next_preview_data) — enables authenticated Contentful preview rendering for editors; not set for regular visitors.

3.2 Analytics & Performance

These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Site so we can improve it. All data is aggregated and anonymized where possible. We currently use:

  • Vercel / Next.js analytics — page performance and Core Web Vitals data; no cross-site tracking.
  • Google Analytics 4 — session counts, page views, traffic sources. We use IP anonymization and have disabled data sharing with Google products. Cookies: _ga, _ga_* (13 months).

3.3 Marketing & Personalization

These cookies are used to show you relevant content and advertising, and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. We require your consent before setting these cookies (where required by law).

  • HubSpot — tracks form submissions, email link clicks, and page views to power our CRM and marketing automation. Cookies: hubspotutk (13 months), __hstc, __hssc, __hssrc.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag — measures conversions from LinkedIn campaigns and enables retargeting on LinkedIn. Cookies: bcookie, li_gc (2 years), lidc (1 day).

3.4 Functional

These cookies enable enhanced functionality and personalization, such as remembering your preferences.

  • Cookie consent preference — stores your cookie consent choice so we do not ask again on every visit (12 months).
  • Chatbot state — remembers whether you have interacted with our demo request widget.

4. Cookie Durations

  • Session cookies — expire when you close your browser.
  • Persistent cookies — remain on your device until they expire or you delete them. Durations range from 1 day (LinkedIn lidc) to 2 years (LinkedIn bcookie).

5. Your Choices and Controls

5.1 Consent banner

When you first visit the Site, we display a consent banner that allows you to accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or customize your preferences. You can change your preferences at any time by clicking “Cookie Settings” in the footer.

5.2 Browser controls

Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies, delete existing cookies, or be notified when cookies are set. Disabling cookies may affect some Site functionality. Browser documentation for cookie management:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies

5.3 Opt-out links

6. Cross-Border Transfers

Some third-party providers (e.g., Google, LinkedIn) may transfer cookie data to servers outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved mechanisms under GDPR Chapter V. See our Privacy Policy for more information on international transfers.

7. ePrivacy and GDPR Compliance

For visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with ePrivacy or similar laws, we obtain your explicit consent before setting non-essential cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal.

8. Do Not Track

Our Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals from browsers because no industry standard for handling DNT signals has been adopted. We encourage you to use the opt-out mechanisms described in Section 5 to control tracking.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, regulation, or our business practices. We will post the updated policy with a revised effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
