This Cookie and Website Data Policy explains how NEXORAA Inc. ("Nexoraa", "we", "us" or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies, and what other data is collected when you visit nexoraa.ai (the "Website"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we use personal information more generally and the rights available to you.
This policy applies to the Website only. It does not apply to Nexoraa Studio, which is governed by the agreement with each customer.
3. Other Website Data
In addition to cookies, the Website collects the following data.
- Server and security logs. Our hosting and content delivery providers automatically record IP addresses, request times, pages requested, browser and device information, and error data. We use these records to operate the Website, detect and prevent abuse, and investigate security incidents.
- Form submissions. When you request a demonstration, contact us or subscribe to updates, we collect the information you enter, together with the page from which it was submitted.
- Email engagement. Our marketing emails may contain technologies that record whether an email was opened and which links were selected. You can disable images in your email client to prevent this.
We use this data for the purposes and on the legal bases described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use Website data to make automated decisions about you, and we do not sell it.
4. Managing Your Choices
Consent. Non-essential cookies are not placed until you accept them, and rejecting them is as easy as accepting them.

Server and security logs are retained for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is needed to investigate a security incident or meet a legal obligation.
